Love the work - Not loving the Callin app. Sound quality issues aside, the app's functionality is ROUGH. I understand they're aiming at something different, but the archived conversations have got to work more like podcasts. I'm not the only use case, but I often pick up audio and put it back down, listening when I have free time driving, during chores, etc. Excited for your audio interviews, but I'm not sure I'd entrust your hard-earned goodwill if this app does not improve. Cheers.

Also, how would you like navigation to be? I can forward this to the Callin crew, or maybe you can Tweet this, and I'll tag them.

We could fill up the internet with navigation (every app product manager's new release cheap trick) complaints... My gripe is with playback functionality; every time there is some time-lapse or I connect/disconnect to a Bluetooth device I start from scratch both in the app recognizing I was playing anything, and where I was in the conversation. When I navigate back out to the conversation I have to try and figure out where I was manually. I also had the app prompt for an update in the middle of playback. I'll send the feedback to them directly. All the best!

Thanks! Forwarded.

And I'm sure they'd appreciate your feedback.

Is the sound quality terrible?

It's so-so and seems Speaker dependent. Could be bandwidth, mic quality, etc. but varies somewhat drastically between Speakers, even in the same conversation. Perhaps this is somewhat expected...

How about the playback? What's the problem with the user experience, beyond sound quality? I sent your feedback to the Callin team, and they've got questions now. :)
